Acceptance of Terms

Life Bonds Consulting, LLC provides commercial cleaning and consulting services, including but not limited to:

  • Routine janitorial services

  • Impact cleaning services

  • Deep cleaning and specialty cleaning

  • Optional add-on services such as carpet cleaning

 

All services are performed according to a mutually agreed-upon proposal or service agreement.

Service Agreements & Scope of Work

A formal proposal, quote, or agreement will define:

  • Scope of work

  • Service frequency (e.g., weekly, bi-weekly)

  • Specific cleaning tasks

  • Pricing and billing terms

 

Only services outlined in the agreement will be performed. Any additional services requested will require approval and may incur additional charges.

Scheduling & Access

Clients agree to:

  • Provide access to the premises at scheduled service times

  • Ensure utilities (water, electricity) are available

  • Notify us in advance of any schedule changes

 

If access is not provided at the scheduled time, the service may be considered completed and billed accordingly.

 

Pricing & Payment Terms

  • Billing Cycle: Monthly unless otherwise stated

  • Payment Terms: Net 30 days from invoice date

  • Accepted Payment Methods: ACH, check, or approved electronic payments

 

Late Payments

  • Late payments may incur fees

  • Services may be paused or terminated for non-payment

 

Service Modifications & Add-On Services

Additional services such as carpet cleaning, floor stripping, or specialty cleaning must be:

  • Requested in advance

  • Approved by both parties

  • Priced separately unless included in the agreement

 

Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Maintain a safe working environment

  • Secure valuables and sensitive items

  • Provide cleaning supplies if specified in the agreement

  • Inform us of any hazards (biohazards, chemicals, etc.)

 

Satisfaction Guarantee

We strive to provide high-quality, detail-oriented service. If you are not satisfied:

  • Notify us within 24–48 hours of service

  • We will address and resolve the issue within a reasonable timeframe


Cancellations & Termination

Cancellation by Client

  • Requires written notice (typically 30 days unless otherwise agreed)

  • Short-notice cancellations may be subject to fees

 

Termination by Company

We reserve the right to terminate services due to:

  • Non-payment

  • Unsafe working conditions

  • Breach of agreement

 

Missed or Skipped Services

If service cannot be completed due to client-related issues (locked facility, denied access, etc.):

  • The service may still be billed

  • Rescheduling is not guaranteed

 

Liability & Damages

Life Bonds Consulting, LLC is insured and exercises reasonable care. Any damage claims must be reported within 24 hours of service.

 

Limitations of Liability

We are not responsible for:

  • Pre-existing damage

  • Wear and tear

  • Improperly secured or fragile items

Liability is limited to the value of the service provided unless otherwise required by law.

 

Health & Safety

We follow industry-standard cleaning practices and safety protocols. Clients must disclose:

  • Hazardous materials

  • Biohazards

  • Unsafe conditions

We reserve the right to refuse service if conditions are unsafe.

 

Independent Contractor Status

Life Bonds Consulting, LLC operates as an independent contractor. Nothing in these Terms creates a partnership, joint venture, or employment relationship with clients.

Intellectual Property (Website Use)

All content on this website, including text, branding, logos, and images, is the property of Life Bonds Consulting, LLC and may not be copied or reused without permission.

 

Privacy & Data Use

Your use of our website and services is also governed by our Privacy Policy:

Third-Party Services
